Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

Qubi (operated by Qubi AI, Inc.) requests access to certain Google Workspace APIs — including the Google Calendar API — to deliver its meeting intelligence service. This page is our public-facing attestation of how we handle data received from those APIs.

What Google data we access and why

• Google Calendar: We read calendar events to identify upcoming meetings, schedule and join the meetings you authorize, prepare meeting briefings, and associate recordings and insights with the correct event. We only access the calendar data needed to provide these features.

Our Limited Use commitments

Consistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy, Qubi affirms that its use and transfer of data received from Google Workspace APIs complies with the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• Provide or improve user-facing features: We only use data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to provide or improve the user-facing features that are prominent in our application's user interface.
• No advertising: We do not use this data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
• Limited transfer: We do not transfer or sell this data to third parties for advertising purposes, for determining creditworthiness, or for lending purposes. We only transfer data when necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with user notice.
• No human reading: We do not allow humans to read this data unless we first obtain your affirmative agreement to view specific messages or data, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized and is used for internal operations.
• No model training without consent: We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Where AI features operate on your data, processing is performed solely to provide the features you have enabled.

Your control over access

• You authorize Google access through Google's OAuth consent screen.
• You can revoke Qubi's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or from within your Qubi account settings.
• You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at any time.
